Do we need to send you photos or content?
No. Okelvo creates original, art-directed content for you every day, so your feed stays active even during your busiest weeks. If your team does take photos at the practice, upload them and we’ll weave the best ones in, too.
Which professions and countries do you work with?
Dentists, physicians, veterinarians, physical therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, podiatrists, optometrists, psychologists, pharmacists and other regulated health professions. We work in many countries. A few markets where a regulator must pre-approve every ad aren’t available yet. Tell us where you are and we’ll confirm.
Does the check mean I can’t get a post wrong?
No tool can promise that, and we never will. Every post is checked against your regulator’s advertising guidelines, you can see which rules were checked, and nothing goes live until you approve it. As the practitioner, the final call is yours.
Are AI-generated images allowed?
Used honestly, generally yes. Our AI images are for education, lifestyle and brand content. They never show treatment results or real patients, and they’re never presented as your staff or patients. Before-and-afters only ever use your own real photos, where your rules allow them.
What happens with patient photos and consent?
Only images with marketing consent should be uploaded, and consent is recorded for each one. Talk to us about where your data is hosted.
Can I change a post before it goes live?
Yes. Edit the caption, swap the image or ask for a new version. Nothing gets published until you approve it.
Can you post in our language?
Yes. Captions are written in the languages you choose for each location, and the content reflects your local seasons, holidays and culture.
Which platforms do you post to?
Instagram and Facebook for now, including feed posts and Stories. More platforms are on the way.
